We built an interactive, visual pipeline highlighting conversion rates (e.g., 47.23% MQL→SQL, 3.6% SQL→Closed-Won), TCV earned, and lead source performance. Campaign spend data from multiple channels was consolidated, and historical trends were mapped across FY2024–25 for better decision-making.
